Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions of the Sale of "Prints" prior to purchasing from our site:
1. All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
2. All prices are exclusive of local or state duties and tariffs that may be applicable in the customer's country and within New Zealand (GST).
3. All prints are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
4. Delivery is charged at the published rate for most global addresses and includes packaging.
5. Deliveries will normally be made within 28 days. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available. We will not be liable for failure to deliver when delays are due to circumstances beyond our control. (e.g. War, Acts of God or delays at Custom and Excise etc.)
The person named on the billing form or agents acting on their behalf must sign for all deliveries.
6. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us
In the case of non-delivery please wait 28 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact the delivery agent and us immediately.
Upon delivery we ask you inspect the packaging thoroughly and if any visible damage is detected please note this on the delivery docket you will be asked to sign by the delivery agent drawing their attention to the damage. Once you have unwrapped the item, check and see if the damage on the outside has in fact imparted on the item packed within. Do not sign for the item if the delivery agent will not note the damage on the delivery docket.
Where possible we will order a replacement or a full refund will be issued once the damaged art is received by us and a claim filed.
7. Payment can be made by most major credit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
8. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure. But in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

This site is protected by copyright, which includes but not limited to text, graphics and code as a collective work under the New Zealand and international copyright laws and is and remains the property of Sam Umaria at all times.
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
With the exception of the downloadable screen saver you may not use, download or print (electronically) any portion of this site without prior written permission from us.
Furthermore no copies of any print purchased from this site or images from the screen saver may be made in part or whole in any media (electronic or photographic) without prior written permission from us and the copyright remains the property of Sam Umaria or his estate at all times.
DATA PROTECTION
We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service and we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 72 hours of the date of receipt, providing it is in the same condition it reached you in. We will exchange it for an equivalent or another print of your choice if available, or refund your money exclusive of all freight changes. After 72 hours all exchange or refunds will be given at the discretion of Sam Umaria.
Please note that there will be minor variations in the colors of the print from the colors of the image seen on your computer screen. This is a result of the limited number of colors available in the printing process.
All quoted sizes are approximate and should be used only as a guide.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEED
If your print should develop a fault within 28 days of purchase we will exchange it for an equivalent print if available, or if you prefer, refund your money exclusive of all freight changes. (Your print should still be in new condition and with the original packaging, accessories and receipt). This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All prints will be part of a numbered and signed edition unless specified.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of this site.
